Los Angeles Fetal Surgery has performed over 3,000 fetal procedures. Nearly 1,200 of these procedures have treated twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), a condition that can affect twins who share a common placenta.
Each procedure represents a family facing a complex diagnosis and a team working to provide thoughtful, specialized care. Since 2006, our program has brought specialists together to evaluate and treat conditions affecting babies before birth.
